Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail and DHL as our delivery partners. All our services are fully tracked and insured, you can track your parcel from your dispatch confirmation email.

All the delivery timescales are estimates from the couriers.

Our usual cut-off is 2pm. Our dispatch cut off times vary, depending on the item you're ordering, type of delivery service chosen and the time of year. We don't work weekends or bank holidays.

When we've dispatched your order we'll send an order dispatch email which will contain your delivery information, including tracking information.

We work really hard to ensure our delivery costs are competitive. All our international delivery options are tracked and insured and duties are paid to avoid any hidden fees or delivery delays.

We're able to send to most destinations, including those not in our list. Get in touch via email and one of our team can provide a personalised quote for delivery.

It can be frustrating to order something internationally and for the delivery to be delayed because there are clearance delays at customs. Using our duty paid service, there are no extra delivery taxes to pay, and orders are delivered much quicker as they don't require as many checks at the border of your local country.
