When will I receive my order?

If you have ordered a hamper each one is custom made to order before shipping.

• Standard delivery 3-5 business days
  
• Express delivery 1-3 business days
  
• Ireland approx. 5-7 days depending on customs clearance
  

Which couriers do you use?

Packages will be shipped via DHL Parcel with a tracking code given to all orders. This ensures our parcels are received on time and in good condition.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

Should a parcel go missing, which can be seen via the tracking code and couriers GPS location, we shall resend the parcel.
